EDI+ A research, innovation and training network for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the energy research community.

The EDI+ is a four-year funded UKRI grant led by Durham University and Northumbria University. 

The EDI+ is a Network and Fellowship programme.  Fellowships are a comprehensive two-year programme for colleagues working in the energy research community. Fellows were tasked with designing, implementing, and reviewing an intervention to improve equality, diversity, and inclusion in the fellow’s organisation. The fellowship programme offers the relevant training and supervisory support to complete this process over two years.  Their work, as it comes to fruition, is displayed on the Research Page.

In addition to the work done to support the fellows, the EDI+ Network management team supports the wider EDI community by co-organising events and conferences during the four years of the programme.  Some of the key partners in the network are listed on the Network Page.
